Summary

 

Enearth, a subsidiary of Energean, is seeking a Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to the office.

 

The role is responsible for ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors, while supporting day-to-day administrative activities and contributing to the smooth running of the office.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for a well-organized and service-oriented professional to join a dynamic and growing organization.

 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and positive first impression
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, providing accurate information via phone and email
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
  • Prepare and maintain meeting and training rooms as required
  • Ensure front office areas are tidy, organized, and fully stocked
  • Order office supplies, monitor inventory, and maintain records of expenses
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support (filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.)
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to executives, as required
  • Support the coordination of meetings and internal events, when needed

 

Qualifications & Experience

 

  • 2+ years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field will be considered an asset
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. telephone systems, printers)
