Summary

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of gas treatment, compression, and transportation systems, supporting plant reliability and continuity of production. Operate in compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and environmental standards, contributing to plant performance and maintenance activities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Operate and monitor gas treatment, compression, and transportation systems both locally and from control room (PLC/DCS interfaces)
  • Perform routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of plant equipment
  • Execute planned preventive maintenance on electro-instrumental systems
  • Detect faults, perform first intervention, and ensure safe plant conditions in case of anomalies
  • Assist and supervise external contractors during maintenance activities
  • Support maintenance on mechanical and electrical components (generators, motors, transformers, valves)
  • Contribute to planning and team execution of operational activities
  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Technical diploma (Industrial/Technical specialization – Electronics, Automation or similar)
  • Professional certification in electro-mechanical or related fields

Skills

  • Knowledge of gas processing principles and Oil & Gas operations
  • Understanding of plant systems, instrumentation, and control architecture
  • Familiarity with automation systems, P&ID, and process instrumentation
  • Knowledge of industrial protocols and communication networks
  • Ability to read technical drawings and use technical equipment
  • Teamworking and ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of HSE regulations
  • Good IT skills (MS Office)
