Summary:

 

Energean is seeking to employ an Integrated Planner for our offices in Haifa. The Integrated Planner will be responsible for maintaining the overall Operations Integrated Activity Plan.


Key Accountabilities:

 

•    Reporting to Energean Operations Superintendent and liaising with onshore and offshore support teams.
•    Responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with the Energean Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) procedure.
•    Optimising planning activities to warrant safe operations, minimize deferment, and optimize cost.

•    Leading and coordinating the 90-day planning meetings.
•    Managing POB for the 90- and 28-day windows.
•    Acting as the IAP focal point for the Asset Operations and Maintenance Teams, contractors and third parties to ensure smooth operation of the IAP, monitoring changes and documenting decisions.

•    Measure and report IAP Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
•    Review and audit any IAPs against the IAP procedure and the relevant planning tools.
•    Actively participating in embedding Energean core values and culture behaviours.

•    Produce & maintain Energean Power FPSO Schedule Basis Documents including all relevant benchmarking information.
•    Produce Planning procedure including Progress Measurement procedure specific to the Energean Power FPSO.
•    Develop Energean Power FPSO work breakdown structure (WBS).

•    Co-ordinate Energean Power FPSO Planning meetings.

 

Qualifications, experience & skills:

 

•    A suitable level of academic achievement such as an HND / HNC or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject area.
•    Proven ability to develop a good understanding of Energean business issues and how to identify and deliver appropriate experience at relevant level and position.
•    Team player, collaborative and open to feedback.

•    Detail oriented.
